In 2024, Kirsty extended her influence by hosting the prestigious Women with Metal- The Aluminium Awards in Düsseldorf, Germany, further solidifying her commitment to recognizing excellence and innovation in the metal industry. Additionally, she serves as an international consultant for the stainless steel industry, sharing her expertise and insights on a global scale.

Kirsty holds the position of Managing Director of Professional Polishing Services Ltd and has over thirty five years experience in the metals sector. Her company stands out for its tailored solutions and unique strategies for stockholding companies as well as OEMs. She is also a Director of The British Stainless Steel Association, contributing her expertise to further the interests of the stainless steel sector.

Beyond her industrial business roles, Kirsty is a Non-Executive Director of ART Business Loans, a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) dedicated to supporting SMEs.
